Junior Admin, Content, and Digital Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Admin, Content, and Digital Marketing professional to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, content creation, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing content creation and distribution, and providing administrative support to the marketing department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Support the creation and editing of engaging content for the company’s website, blog, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct research to gather information and insights for content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent publishing of high-quality content.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics related to digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and content creation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to maintain brand voice and messaging consistency.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
