Junior Sales Facilitator

Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Junior Sales Facilitator to support our Lead Sales Facilitator in delivering structured sales programmes to SMEs, entrepreneurs, and sales teams. This role focuses on measurable revenue growth, pipeline development, conversion improvement, and sales accountability.

Key Responsibilities
• Co-facilitate structured sales training sessions, both online and in person
• Support implementation of sales execution frameworks
• Assist SMEs in building structured sales pipelines
• Coach participants on improving conversion rates and follow-through
• Reinforce accountability systems and reporting discipline
• Track and report on KPIs including revenue growth, client acquisition, and pipeline health
• Provide feedback to Lead Facilitator on participant progress and risks

Required Experience
• Proven experience training or coaching sales teams, agents, or entrepreneurs
• Demonstrated contribution to measurable revenue growth
• Experience building or restructuring sales pipelines
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs including conversion rate, average deal size, and sales cycle length
• Experience working with SMEs or founder-led businesses

Required Skills
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to drive accountability and behavioural change
• Commercial thinking with outcome-focused mindset
• Ability to work under a Lead Facilitator structure
• Structured reporting ability

Preferred
• Experience in enterprise development or SME incubation programmes
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools

Commercial Terms
• Must provide hourly facilitation rate
• Must provide preparation rate if applicable
• Must provide references or case studies demonstrating measurable impact

Ideal Candidate Profile
This is not a motivational speaking role. We require someone who understands revenue, pipeline structure, and sales discipline, and who can support measurable top-line growth.
