Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and creative junior to join our digital team, with a strong desire to learn and grow in content creation. This role is ideal for someone with raw creative energy, a love for storytelling, and an eagerness to contribute to both video production and email marketing.
You’ll assist with editing brand videos, building visually engaging email campaigns, and supporting content creation across various platforms. While this is an entry-level role, we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and can work independently on assigned tasks. You’ll be guided and trained, but expected to bring your own spark and ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production Support
Assist with basic video editing – trimming clips, identifying key moments, and arranging footage.
Source relevant stock footage and music under supervision.
Help organise and archive video assets for future use.
Email Marketing
Use platforms like Brevo to build simple, branded email campaigns.
Support the team by formatting, proofing, and scheduling email sends.
Track basic performance metrics for campaign reporting.
Creative Tools & Content Support
Use tools like Canva and ChatGPT to support design and copy needs.
Assist with content formatting, brainstorming ideas, and campaign alignment.
Follow brand guidelines and campaign structures closely.
Qualifications & Experience
No formal qualification required – basic computer literacy is essential.
1-2 years of experience in a digital, creative, or communications environment.
Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut or iMovie, and ChatGPT (training provided).
Informal portfolio or examples of creative work are a strong plus.
Soft Skills
Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Creative thinker with an eye for layout and design.
Comfortable working independently and managing time well.
Clear written communication and ability to follow instructions.
